How do I get started working with you?Getting started is easy! Simply contact me via my contact form here or book a consultation call. We'll discuss your needs and create a customised plan for your business.

What are your rates and payment terms?I offer ad-hoc hourly rates as well as retainer packages. Retainer packages These are a pre-paid set amount of hours per month charged at £30 per hour, this guarantees allocated time for your tasks and helps manage your budget. It gives you the peace of mind that you have my time blocked in advance each month. The minimum amount of retainer hours per month is 5 and time cannot be carried over to the next month. Ad-hoc support No commitment, just pay for the support as and when you need it. Charged at £35 per hour. Please note these hours cannot be guaranteed but deadlines will always try to be accommodated as much as possible. Payment terms For more detailed information, please see my terms & conditions here.

Do I have to sign a contract?Upon commencement of the work you will be asked to sign a contract, this helps protect both parties by clearly outlining the scope of work, expectations, payment terms, confidentiality, and other important details. Should you wish to terminate the contract at any time, as per the agreement, you must give 1 month's notice.

What are your working hours?My working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

How do you ensure the confidentiality and security of my business information?I take your privacy seriously. I have extensive experience of dealing with highly confidential information. If required, I am happy to sign an NDA. I also use secure systems and tools to manage your data and have robust IT security in place for all devices used within the business.

How do I delegate work to you?Work can be delegated in a number of ways and which suits you best, below are some examples; Email - The most straightforward way to delegate tasks is via email. You can send instructions, files, or detailed descriptions of the work you need done directly to my inbox. Task Management Tools - For more complex projects or ongoing tasks, I recommend using task management tools. I have experience with using systems including Trello, Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp. Shared Cloud Systems - You can upload documents, spreadsheets, or any other necessary files to shared cloud storage platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Scheduled calls - If you prefer discussing tasks verbally, we can schedule regular check-in calls via Zoom where we can discuss any ongoing tasks and I can provide you with an update on the progress of these.

How do you communicate with clients?I use a variety of communication tools including email, Zoom, Slack, and WhatsApp, depending on your preference. I also provide regular updates and reports to keep you informed.

Step 2
Following our discovery call and if we decide we are the right fit for each other, I send to you all the relevant paperwork to complete, including your contract and first invoice.

Once the contract is signed and the first invoice is paid I can get started on providing that much needed support! And don't forget, the tasks/hours are not set in stone, things can be changed and tweaked as we go along to suit your business needs.
